Telchac PortThere is a chapel, dedicated to San Juan de Dios, that was constructed in colonial times. Xcambó, “heavenly crocodile”, can be visited near the Port of Telchac. It presents a combination of a traditional settlement and a majestic Mayan zone at the edge of the coast. Visit the stepped plinth and the Mayan pavilions in the mangrove swamps.
It is recommended to visit the town to taste a delicious seafood. It has a a cultural center for the entertainment of young people and the rest of the population, where artistic performances take place.
