UxmalFrom the Cuadrángulo de las Monjas (Quadrangle of the Nuns), a sober set of four extended buildings surrounding a patio, one can see the light and sound show, in which the Mayan legends of the region that gave life to this mystical place are narrated. Offered daily at 19:00 hours during winter and at 20:00 hours during summer, with simultaneous translation.

IzamalConsists of projecting in the arcs, underneath the belfry of the Third Order, four windows looking to the past and present of the splendor of the Mayan culture. It is a multimedia presentation, in which image, sound and narration transport and wrap the public in the greatness of the Mayas. It begins with a procssion with the actors dressed as monks and then gives way to the light and sound show.
Enjoy this show in the convent every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, at 20:30 hours. There are simultaneous translators to five languages, including the Mayan language.
